What are the testosterone items for?

Currently, nothing! They will be given unique attributes and abilities in a future update. For now, you can keep up-to-date through the Discord server, or suggest features in this thread.

Does Girl Power work on other mobs?

Unfortunately, it does not. Due to the amount of effort that would be required to add chest features to every entity, it's beyond the scope of the project. The effect only works on yourself and other players.

Can I drink the horse urine?

Yes.
