This tool can be used to represent normal mode displacements. Load a structure with normal mode information (i.e. Gaussian, ORCA, or Psi4 frequency output). A normal mode can be represented with either vectors or an animation. The tool has options for changing the color of the vectors and the amplitude of the vectors or animation.
The tool can also plot an IR spectrum for frequency output files containing IR intensities. The spectrum can be viewed as an absorbance or transmittance plot. Peaks can be Gaussian, Lorentzian, pseudo-Voigt, or delta functions. The full width at half max. can be set for Gaussian, Lorentzian, and pseudo-Voigt peaks. Plotted data can be exported to a CSV file.
