How to get your EA Auth Code

This is a guide on how to generate an auth code to login to EA.

First, open this magic link. One of two things will happen:

If you see an EA sign in screen:

• Press F12 (or Ctrl+Shift+I/⌥⌘I) to open the devtools, and head to the Console tab on the top right
• Log into EA as you usually would
• Once you log in, the whole page should turn blue, and in the console a new log should appear:

If the page doesn't seem to load:

This means you are already logged in on that browser.

• Press F12 (or Ctrl+Shift+I/⌥⌘I) to open the devtools, and head to the Network tab on the top right
• On chrome, due to a bug, the URL dissapears when opening devtools. So, with the Network tab open, copy the link above and open it in that tab
• You should see a new red request appear. Right click on it and copy the link:

Either way, you should end up with a link that looks like qrc:/html/login_successful.html?code=.... Paste that link into the plugin's settings page, and you should be good to go!
