This remains a draft until I have thoroughly tested parts of this via pytest (it is tested locally). This is mostly a draft to maybe discuss design decisions such as which time windows to expose as sensors. Currently, this is i) the current month ii) the last 7 days iii) today iiii) total. I am happy to have different recommendations.

Proposed change

Adds SensorEntities to the elevenlabs integration, tracking the character usage over multiple different time horizons.
