Bonus Feature Menu Items
Reminder: these features are only available after purchasing the bonus features in the Mac App Store version of Batch Clipboard.
The basic Batch Clipboard menu gets these additional features:
-
Paste All will automatically paste each item to be replayed all at once.
This item is available when in batch mode instead of pasting one item at a time until reaching the most recently copied item, using Paste All will paste them all one after the other for you.
Try using this to reorder sentences or paragraphs within the same document: use Start Collecting then Cut the parts you want reordered in the order you want them to end up in. Then use Paste All.
With OPTION (⌥) pressed the menu item changes to Paste Multiple...* and will first show an alert allowing you to enter the number of items to automatically paste. -
Undo Last Copy will undo an item accidentally copied to the clipboard.
It can be easy to accidentally do COMMAND (⌘) + C to Copy when you instead meant to Paste. Often its not a problem if there's no selection at the time, or if it's easy to return to where you copied from and do it again.
But on the occasion where you were trying to replace a selection, and also it's time consuming to select again the content you had previously copied, Undo Last Copy can easily revert to the previous clipboard item as if your accidental Copy never happened. It also removes the accidentally copied item from the menu when in batch mode, or from the history, see Expanded Menu.
