Bonus Features for the Mac App Store Version

These following extra features are unavailable for versions of Batch Clipboard downloaded from GitHub, and are unlocked by the "Bonus Features" in-app purchase in downloads from the Mac App Store. Purchases can be made in the Settings window, see Settings.
These features include:
- Paste All / Paste Multiple
- Undo Last Copy
- Start Batch Mode From History
- Full History in the Expanded Menu
- History Item Filter
