This PR removes use of the GZ plugin for base link movement and replaces it with the more stable ros2_control diff drive base controller. It also fixes the friction model for the caster wheels and adds IMU to the simulation.
Final change is use of GZ bridge parameters from a YAML file, cleaning up the launch file.
