  • Move Galaxy wrapper to new subdirectory.
  • Add tests, requirements, version_command.
  • Various other fixes.

To create an archive suitable for uploading to the Tool Shed, remember to use '-h/--dereference' option of tar, since I've symlinked 3 test files from test/ to galaxy/test-data:

cd galaxy/
tar chzf ~/sickle-galaxy.tar.gz *
