- Code to check ESO archive (independent of Thomas code) to see if we have everything on disk
- Note: There is a rewrite of the ESO interface in astroquery that might be merged soon: https://github.com/astropy/astroquery/pull/2681. In the meantime I think the old version still works. For now I'm using my own PyVO-based wrapper https://github.com/vandalt/nirps-download, mostly copied from ESO examples.
