Bad Odometers

Bad odometers that were manually flagged can be found in this Google sheet.
A separate document is used to facilitate the interaction of the code with this list. The synchronization of this document with the manually flagged odometers is done with the manual_to_auto.py script.
The check_blacklist.py in ccf_tools can be used to remove these odometers when computing RV timeseries. The file is used by the getrv.py script, but can also be used separately with custom arguments allowing to use a local file or another Google sheet as the odometer list.
