Reports in Chitralekha

In Chitralekha, various levels of reports maybe accessed by the Organisation Owner and Project Manager, as relevant to their roles.

The Organisation Owner has access to the following Report types:

The Project Manager has access to the following Project wise Report Types:

Following are the Fields and Field Definitions for the various Report Types.

Field	Field Definition
`Project Name`	Name of the project
`Video name`	Name of the video
`Duration`	Duration of the video
`Task Type`	Type of task - Transcription Edit, Transcription Review, Translation Edit, Translation Review, Voice Over Edit
`Source Language`	Original language of video
`Target Language`	The language to which the video is to be translated
`Assignee`	The user to which the task is assigned
`Status`	Current status of the task - Selected Source, In Progress, Complete
`Word Count`	The word count of the video
`*Video URL`	The Youtube URL for the video
`*Task Description`	Description given to the video
`*Completion Time`	Time taken to complete the task

*These columns are not visible by default. To be made visible, they may be selected from the view column icon on the top right.

Field	Field Definition
`Name`	Name of the user
`Email`	Email ID of the user
`Assigned Tasks`	Number of tasks assigned to the user for the specific project
`Completed Tasks`	Number of tasks completed by the user for the specific project
`Task Completion Index (%)`	Percentage of tasks completed by the user for the specific project
`Avg. Completion Time (Hours)`	Average time taken in hours by user to complete a task
`Word Count`	Word count for the completed tasks
`Project`	Name of the project

Note: If the Project column is deselected, all values will be an aggregate total for all projects.

`Title`	Name of the project
`Managers`	Name of the Project Managers for the project
`Video Count`	Number of videos in the project
`Transcripted Duration (Hours)`	Duration in hours that have completed transcription
`Translated Duration (Hours)`	Duration in hours that have completed translation
`Total Word Count`	Total Word Count of all videos in the project
