Cloak of Frostology
The Cloak of Frostology is a wearable cape item that can be used to invert the effects of Freezing.
An Inert Cloak of Frostology can be crafted from the vault in the Frostologer room of the Frostologer's Castle
An Inert Cloak can be made into an Activated Cloak by combining it with a Glacial Heart, Icicles, and Fur Padding in crafting.
The Inert Cloak has an identical texture and appearance to the Activated Cloak, but it has no effects when worn. It is purely cosmetic.
When an Activated Cloak is equipped in a chest slot, it gives the player -3 frost resistance and inverts many of the effects of Freezing. The player will instead gain benefit from freezing rather than being punished by it. However, the Activated Cloak will always have Curse of Binding, so you really have to commit to wearing it!
It replaces the normal freezing effects with the following effects when worn:

| 0% and below | Extra speed, increasing as you get colder |
| -25% and above | Mining Fatigue I, Weakness I |

| -99% and below | Haste I |
