Squirrel User Testing
Testing the user experience of playing the game is essential since the ultimate users of the game is the users. Getting a lot of feeback can help us to improve on our design that can help to improve their retention level of the game. As a result, we decided to design this questionnaire that will target a certain group of people aged between 19 to 28 years old who are currently a full-time student in UQ. All the survey outcomes are collected anonymously. We also have gotten the consent from the people that participated in the questionnaire as well as background information about how the design of the squirrel implemented in the gameplay.
The main purpose of this questionnaire survey is to act as feedback to get the public's opinion about the desing of the squirrel and make improvements based on the outcome of the survey that will eventually improve the user experience.
We developed a questionnaire survey using Google Form. It can help to output the result of the survey in graphs to better understanding of the data collected. The participants will get to see the screenshot of the design and rate accordingly. Any feedback is also colected for further improvement.
Google Form gave us a link that we sent to public communication channel such as Slack as well as Facebook. We will wait to get their response. Most of the outcomes are accumulated by GoogleForm based on their categories in charts/graphs for easy visualisation.
